A little taste of Melbourne hit Cairns on Saturday night in the form of Nicky Bomba and The Melbourne Ska Orchestra and what a night it was.

 

With a new album out The ballad of Monte Loco they hit the stage early at 8.15 and kepty the pary vibe going until curfew at 10pm.

MSO are the ultimate Australian party band its more than just a concert it is an event, brought to the stage by some of Australia's most versatile and talented musicians, you just can't beat them for bringing the vibe and the joy to the room, and this is felt by everyone in attendance who danced the night away at this sold out show.

Whilst the venue was sold out and was at capacity we always think there is room for more people.

There was a mix of MSO classics like Lygon Street Meltdown mixed with the new songs like John Wayne, The Brave The Mean and The Wild as well as crowd favourite Bom Bom Bom
